“If you want a unique experience when traveling the highlands, this is the place.”
Lady Andorina is the only floating accommodation on the Caledonian canal and is an amazing budget stopover for anyone walking or cycling the Great Glen Way, traversing the canal by canoe or simply looking for a stunning location to stay in the highlands.
One of the great 'superyachts' of her time, MY Lady Andorina is a 65 foot ketch built in 1951 from teak and English oak.
This grand old lady is now fitted out internally as the Caledonian canal's only floating holiday accommodation.
Currently moored next to the Great Glen Way at Laggan Avenue in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, she sits next to the canal's only floating pub/cafe, the Eagle barge (the Eagle will open April 5th - October 31st in 2019).
If you don't want to share with other guests the whole boat costs £200 per night or (subject to availability) single berths cost £25 per person per night.
Inside Lady Andorina features 240 volt mains power and all cabins have USB charging points for mobile phones and tablets. She has a fully-equipped galley with fridge, stove-top, microwave, toaster and kettle and there are two bathrooms. Showers are currently not available on-board but all guests have use of the nearby Scottish Canals shower facilities.
